Neufin is looking for a motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Intern. The role comes with the possibility of conversion to a full time role post completion of the internship.
This is a hands-on role where you will be directly involved in our customer and supply side acquisition efforts along with our business development process. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of aspects of our acquisition funnel and identify ways to automate and optimise our sales & supply pipeline. This is a chance to gain real-world experience and directly contribute to the growth of a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.

Neufin delivers clean and low-cost energy to India's mid-market Commercial & Industrial businesses. We leveraging technology to distribute clean, low-cost energy at scale, sourced from an integrated network of energy suppliers & sources. We offer flexible, structured electricity contracts pan-India. Lumen OS - our energy helps businesses track and optimise the true cost of power (โน/kWh) and brings total visibility and control over how electricity is analysed, paid for, and audited. The result is lower power costs, cleaner energy, and easier compliance with clean energy targets.
As a Business Development Intern, you'll work directly with our founders and get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll be at the forefront of our customer & supply side acquisition efforts, helping us scale our reach and inventory. You will directly contribute to building our sales pipeline and supply depth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Executing our email marketing campaigns and other lead-generation activities to identify and engage with potential customers.
Pipeline Management: Setting up calls with qualified leads and managing follow-up communications to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Automation & Optimisation: Identifying opportunities to automate large parts of our suppply sourcing, sales and marketing pipeline, helping us work smarter and scale faster.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the founders to refine our messaging, track key performance metrics, and contribute to our overall go-to-market strategy.
