Lead - Demand Generation

Neufin is seeking a Lead for our Demand Generation function. We're building technology-led solutions to catalyse the Renewable Energy transition for mid-market Commercial & Industrial businesses. You will collaborate directly with our founders to lead comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation efforts across both digital and offline channels. This role comes with complete ownership of defining demand generation strategy, allocating budgets & resources to deliver robust, repeatable & scalable acquisition funnels. We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of customer journeys, and, most importantly - a high level of ownership and operational discipline. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years experience in Demand Generation across digital and offline channels with a specific focus on Growth Marketing and Revenue Generation.

๐Ÿš€What youโ€™ll be doing

Your responsibility will be to conceptualise, design and execute full-funnel integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels with the the objective of building our equity with the relevant customer profile, driving awareness of our offerings and building a robust, multi-channel lead pipeline.

  1. Customer Profiling: Build a deep understanding of our target customer profile, their key concerns and drivers, decision making matrix and primary channels of engagement.

  2. Strategy & Planning: Design, implement, and manage a multi-channel demand generation strategy, including but not limited to, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, webinars, and events.

  3. Execution & Management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of all demand generation campaigns, ensuring they are on-time, on-budget, and meet performance targets.

  4. Budgeting & ROI: Manage the demand generation budget and continuously optimize spend to maximize ROI.

  5. Lead Management: Develop and optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and hand-off processes to ensure a seamless transition from marketing to sales.

  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to align on goals, messaging, and campaign execution.

  7. Experimentation & Data Analysis:

    • Develop a data-driven experiment approach to prioritise, test, and evaluate conversions at different stages of customer journey.

    • Analyse, Measure & Report data across digital and offline touchpoints to monitor revenue performance & conversions and uncover areas of improvement at various stages of funnel.

  8. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
