Neufin is seeking a Key Accounts Executive to work on new business development, project viability assessment, RE supply discovery, RE pricing, C&I deal structuring and Go-To-Market strategy both online and offline. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience in the renewable energy space, great communication skills, analytical prowess and a knack for key account management. We expect them to be enthusiastic about the process of building, testing, learning and re-iterating.

Your responsibility will be to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy for Commercial and Industrial businesses pan-india. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Scout, acquire and build a healthy customer pipeline through market networks, customer education and a clear understanding of pricing dynamics.
Engage, manage, nuture and covert key customer accounts acquired through our in-house demand generation team.
Identify & deliver ideal power-mix s across open access, group-captive, bilateral or exchange-traded products for your customers
Obtain sound knowledge of various state regulations around renewables - solar, wind, storage and hybrid.
Establish a strong network of IPPs, EPCs and traders along with a clear understanding of their assets, capabilities, preferences and strengths.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates with a bachelor's degree in one or more of the following fields - Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Commerce.
Prior experience in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Ability to break down complex topics into structured and easy-to-understand blocks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extremely strong engagement and relationship management skills
Ability to effectively multi-task in a numbers-driven atmosphere.
The right attitude toward a sense of urgency, risk, and ambiguity that comes naturally with working at an early-stage startup.
Worked at an Independent Power Producer (IPP), EPC or a leading startup in the RE space
Exposure/knowledge of Renewable Energy Regulations, Power Purchase Agreements, power trading on IEX, RE project design, GNM, VNM or VPPAs
