Responsibilities:
Play a key role in shaping diverse product offerings - whether it's an app, website, document, or event space - and embrace the dynamic nature of an early-stage startup.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and create design solutions that meet business objectives.
Assist in creating visual designs that align with the company's brand guidelines and enhance the user experience across touchpoints.
Assist in designing and maintaining UI pattern libraries and design systems to ensure consistency across our product lines.
Keep up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and thought process.
Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Graphic Design, or related fields from a top design school (NID, MIT, IIT, etc.).
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Excellent visual and communication skills to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
A passion for creating innovative and engaging user experiences.
Thoughtful problem-solving abilities.
