Content Marketing Manager

Neufin is seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and execution. This role comes with complete ownership of our content strategy, budget & resources to execute a robust content engine that drives brand authority, generates qualified leads, and supports our sales and customer success teams. We are seeking candidates with a deep understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and a proven ability to create content that educates, influences and persuades business professionals. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of customer journeys, and, most importantly - a high level of ownership and operational discipline.

๐Ÿš€ What youโ€™ll be doing

Your responsibility will be to conceptualise and execute our entire Content Strategy across channels - both offline and online- with the the objective of building our equity with the relevant customer profile, driving awareness of our offerings and building a robust lead pipeline.

  1. Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, target buyer personas, and key industry trends.

  2. Content Creation: Plan, write, and edit high-value B2B content, including case studies, whitepapers, industry reports, webinars, customer success stories, and blog posts.

  3. Sales Enablement: Create content assets that equip the sales team with the resources needed to move prospects through the sales funnel, from discovery to decision.

  4. SEO & Lead Generation: Optimize all content for search engines to attract the right business audience. Develop content that captures MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and nurtures them through the pipeline.

  5. Performance Analysis: Track and report on key B2B metrics such as lead generation, pipeline contribution, customer engagement, and content-driven conversions. Use this data to continually refine our strategy.

  6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, demand generation, and sales, to ensure content supports GTM (Go-to-Market) initiatives and aligns with sales goals.

  7. Brand Voice: Ensure all content maintains a professional and authoritative voice that establishes Neufin as a thought leader in our industry.
